CHALLENGE TIMELINE/INFO
Entry Fee $20
Join the 6 week summer shred challenge by paying your entry fee online.
Entry Fee Refund: All participants who entered the challenge and come to the final weigh-in will receive their $20 entry fee back as store credit.
Weigh-In
Head to your local All Star Nutrition and hop on an InBody machine to capture your starting point. This is mandatory to participate in the challenge. Once you complete your registration you’ll receive a one time 25% off discount to use for purchase.
Checkpoint
The midway check-in is so that you can see how you are doing. This is not required, but extremely beneficial.
Free Giveaways: Participants who attend the midpoint weigh-in will have a chance to win exciting free giveaways.
Weigh-Out
Weigh-outs are mandatory to be eligible to collect winnings.
Prizes (Split between Men's and Women's Division):
1st Place: $500 cash prize + Pre-workout for a year
2nd Place: $300 store credit
3rd Place: $100 store credit
HOW DO WE KEEP TRACK?
The InBody isn't just some glorified bathroom scale. The state of the art InBody system has an 8-point electrode system that accurately measures body composition by sending multiple electrical currents throughout the body, resulting in up to six different impedance readings for the trunk and each of the four limbs. In other words, this machine will tell you a lot more than just how much you weigh.
