Please inspect your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to ensure that nothing is hidden or jammed. Also, check with your neighbors to see if they received it for you. And if your package hasn't arrived after 3 or more days, please contact us.

We only ship to the United States. Due to high order volume, please allow 3 - 4 business days for your order to be processed.

On weekends or holidays, we do not ship.

All Star Nutrition is not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, including stolen or missing packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

This includes the following:

Orders were lost because the customer provided an incorrect address (e.g., incorrect street name, apt #, street number, etc.).

Orders that have not been claimed or have been refused

For lost orders due to an incorrect address, unclaimed or refused orders, please contact your mail carrier with your full name and tracking number.


Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.


If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Requests for claim assistance must be made within 7 business days of a package being marked as delivered.


Filing a claim does not guarantee that we will be able to reship or refund your order. Our decision will be based on the carrier's findings once the investigation is completed.

- UPS claims can take up to 10 business days to process.


- USPS claims can take up to 25-30 business days to process.


- DHL claims can take up to 30 business days to process.
